New! "Leaders Stay on Top" Package. Over the years I've coached clients who benefit greatly from a regular touch-in with a coach given their positions and demanding work environments. Now I am offering a package that meets the needs of those clients which is more economical. This coaching package is designed for leaders and managers to work with a coach for a year focusing on their changing leadership goals. The Leaders Stay on Top package includes:
- 12 months of coaching for $5000
- This package includes anywhere from 1 to 4 sessions a month depending upon what your need is for that month.
- The number of sessions is up to you.
- The coaching fee can be paid in full or in installments over the year as agreed upon by the client and coach.
The Professional Tune-Up Coaching package includes:
- 6 months for $3000
- With this package you can have 1 to 4 sessions a month depending upon what your need is for that month.
- The number of sessions is up to you.
- The cost can be paid in full or in installments over the 6 month
period as agreed upon by the client and coach.
The Leadership Coaching package includes:
- Ten in person or phone coaching sessions
- The Leadership Autobiography to uncover your attitudes towards leadership & career that are the foundation for your actions or lack of action.
- Your Leadership EQi - an assessment tool providing you information about how you currently use your emotional intelligence as a leader and how to optimize your strengths.
- Email coaching in between sessions as needed to support you in reaching your leadership goals.
Cost of package is $2200. The cost can be paid in full or in installments over the 10 session period as agreed upon by the client and coach.

- Ten in person or phone coaching sessions
- The Career Autobiography to uncover your attitudes towards work & career that are the foundation for your actions or lack of action.
- The EQi - an assessment tool on emotional intelligence to see how your strengths can support your personal and professional success.
- Email coaching in between sessions as needed to support you in reaching your goals.
Cost of package is $2200. The cost can be paid in full or in installments over the 10 session period as agreed upon by the client and coach.
The Financial Coaching Package includes:
- Six 1 hour coaching sessions (in person or over the phone)
- The money autobiography to uncover your attitudes towards money that are the foundation for your actions or lack of action
- An in-depth review of your credit report so you know your FICO rating and improve your score as needed
- The cash flow workbook to clarify your financial reality
- The EQi - an assessment tool on emotional intelligence to see how your strengths and weaknesses can support or undermine your financial power
- Booster session: A 3 month follow-up coaching session to support you in reaching your financial goals
Cost of package is $2000. The cost can be paid in full or in installments over the 6 session period as agreed upon by the client and coach.
